I am 81 now but when I made my pizza crust for my family I would bake it before putting sauce etc. on it to make a crispier crust. You might try it.

I didn't know deli's had pizza dough. Do you think Walmart would have it? I haven't had pizza in a long time. My Son might actually like these ideas also since he's moving back in for a short time. Be good to see him more.

Try adding a little liquid smoke to your fajitas on the pan when you toss with the oil. Also cut the chicken into smaller strips to get more surface area for the seasonings.
I make my sheet pan pizza that way and warm it back up in the air fryer it makes it like crispy soo soo good. The fajitas look delish we have been making refried beans and cheese burritoes with pico and lettuce on the side and it reminds me of a mexican restruaunt plate and i dont miss the meat. Enjoy your week.
