I'm so excited to find your blog and youtube channel! I just got an instant pot and would love to make these Indian dishes in it. Since I eat a sattvic diet (no onion, garlic, green chili), could red chili replace the green in this recipe (it doesn't have to be very spicy for me) and Hing for the onion and garlic?
