    I found this recipe made the sauce really salty. I think it could do without the salt added to the cauliflower as it cooks, and the 1/2 tsp in the sauce. I think salt should be added at the end, to taste. Otherwise, it was awesome!

    Is there a way to substitute the flour in the cheese sauce to make this recipe gluten free? I would love to try this but I just can't have the flour.

    I don't know if corn flour will work either as every brand I've found also has wheat dust in it.
