I have watched Caryn Dugan several times. Each time she astounds me with her story, how forthcoming she is and to see how far she has come. Her passion, her enthusiasm, her courage are inspiring and fabulously contagious. She continues to walk her talk. I pay attention to people who walk their talk…just words fall flat, words with action, are the bomb! You do the same, Jeanne Schumacher. Thank you both! Namaste.🙏

Very cool, what a wonderful story! I need to source a class were I can gain some useful plant based cooking knowledge! I do ok but still want to learn new dishes to add into my menu. I did recently buy the Forks Over Knives Cookbook at Barnes and Noble though. I tend to stick to what works for my schedule wich is oatmeal w/berries, huge salads with homemade balsamic dressing and love my organic brown rice w/ sauteed baby bella mushrooms, bell peppers, red onion flavored with organic soy sauce.
