    Omg the leg cramps. I have been trying to up my sodium intake and not consistently taking an electrolyte supplement. How long should you give a new approach to show results? Wondered if I should just stop magnesium supplements at night for now and just focus on adding electrolytes. Have you ever had an inner thigh cramp at 3am. Hard to stretch out those adductor muscles.

    Just catching you guys for first time. I saw James’ face and the topic is intriguing. I am only part way through but your discussion surrounding depression is very valuable. I can speak from experience as well. I can relate to many aspects you discussed. The thinking time is important for my improvement so far. I may try carnivore approach next. The walking time will be more easily incorporated. I am off my anti-depressants now so want to try things to keep my depression at bay. Thanks gentlemen!

    I was always taught to flex your foot if you have a cramp in the calf. It has always worked for me. If you do it right away don’t let it take too much of a hold before you flex your foot. It’s always worked.

    I am a Vascular Specialist. I work and see the worst of diabetics. Today I talked to a 42 year old and a 66 year old both with diabetes and presented with vascular disease, one was blind on dialysis the other with Neuropathy and high BP etc……to the blind diabetic I said nothing for there was nothing left to be done, to the younger diabetic with Neuropathy I talked about how I reversed diabetes with a carnivore diet……he said "Wow, no way I could give up carbs" We are lost.
