That seafood melange turned out beautifully. When it was all raw, it looked like the baby octopi were trying to escape. It reminded me of the Swedish Chef chasing the chicken around the kitchen on Sesame Street.

You know, I used to eat sockeye salmon in large quantities all the time, but now for some reason oily fish makes me nauseous if I eat a lot of it. I can still eat around 4 cans of sardines and a can of cod liver(which has more fat than the salmon) with only minor stomach upset. Not even really nauseous, but I get a bit oversatiated for about 10 minutes. But, if I eat around a pound of Salmon, whether it's sockeye, Atlantic, and whether it's fresh from a butcher/deli or in a can, I feel like I'm on the verge of vomiting for a couple of hours. This only started a few months ago, so I'm not sure why this is. I'm missing my gallbladder, but that was the case way before this started. Just curious if anyone else has had similar issues with fatty fish.
