I was thinking that pork rinds ground up with a little honey could perhaps make a “biscuit type” base. I order pork greaves pâté from the Eskimo kitchen website and that texture with honey could be a good base option for those who might miss the biscuit base.

Thank you for posting this video. I am exactly like you. I have to stay away from dairy and even natural sugars, like honey. But it's nice to have an option for special occasions. Totally unrelated comment: I love your makeup. It's simple and fresh-looking. Besides the mascara, can I ask if you used any product to give you that clean shimmery-light look around your eyes? I've been looking for something that works for me but haven't had the best of luck so far. Can't wait to try the cake as soon as an occasion special enough calls for the risk!

Hi Petra, This looks great! Well done. Do you think it would still work with only egg yolks and not the full egg? I just wondered if you had tried it without the whites of the egg. Thanks a lot, Nicola

I like how natural and calm you are in your video. It's pleasant to listen to/watch. Also, I just started the carnivore lifestyle as well, and before going to Carnivore I had a strong sweet tooth. If I have a little, I want it ALL! So, it's best for me to stay away completely LOL… Love this recipe tho! I saved it so I can make it for future occasions 🙂 Thanks!! Much love

Thanks for sharing a nice Carnivore Cheesecake recipe & demo. Hmm… I was thinking this recipe could also work well with using natural alternative sweeteners such as: Swerve, Lankanto Monkfruit, and or Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia flavors? This would avoid the problem of using sweeteners such as honey that causes a high glycemic load with insulin spike? Also, just an fyi, honey can also be considered a type of refined-sugar, because it has been refined by bee saliva.

I find with blenders like nutri bullet or ninja or others that you have to screw the top on then tip over to blend, it's easier to put the liquidier things in first so it like lubes up the more thicker stickier contents to reach the blades to blend rather than getting stuck at the base of the cup away from the blades when blending, so you're good, also eggs are too viscous to splash, lol.
