I basically live on ground beef. 🙂 I buy what I can afford, and sometimes I luck out with great sales or mark downs, but in general ground beef is my big staple. This is a great video, Rach! So many people believe this way of eating has to be expensive, but it really doesn't have to be any more expensive than the standard western diet.

It's so nice to see your continued healing, too. ❤

    Hi Rach.

I heard from your previous episodes that you had meat inversion and could not eat a lot meat even though right now you are eating more meat than you previously did. You are probably still not eating enough. I think your lack of energy is probable due to lack of enough calories.

You should learn from Dr. Saladino and introduce some carbs into your diet, such as honey, some fruits except for citrus fruits, and even some white rice in my opinion. You don't have to do it everyday. You can eat some carbs once or twice a week. Introducing carbs into your diet can prevent physiological insulin resistance, which might be a trouble for long term keto and carnivore way of eating people. You will have more energy and may feel better.

You kept talking about gut healing. But if you don't provide energy for your body then there is no enough energy to heal the gut.

Did you have trouble with constipation at all, I want to eat meat but it's been too hard of stool etc. Didn't know if saurkraut juice will help. Is Apple cider vinegar used ?
