At first I thought this was a little extreme and odd, but I’ve given it a try over the last week and I honestly do feel much better just eating meat. It’s weird

If you're not already doing it go out and buy yourself a meat mallet I learned to beat your meat hahaha pun intended 🙂 anyway get a meat mallet and tenderise those cuts and meets that tend to be tough like chicken certain cuts of beef import just put down a piece of plastic on the cutting board laying the meat on it put another piece of plastic over it and start beating it and break up all those small little fibers in that issue often times people forget to do this many of the newer generation don't even know about it they look at these meet malice in the department store is there like what the hell is that for I think it's some strange looking hammer LOL

If you live near the ocean then don't buy your seafood from the stores go to the docks where the fishing boats come in oftentimes the fishermen will sell you what you want right off their boat. And don't be afraid on the weekends in your free time learn to pick up a fishing boat buy fishing pole by tackle and gear and go out catch your own fish you can only even need a boat you can do it right off the docks or if you're an adventurer get a boat a small one and go out catch the fish said I was in crab traps and catch some Blue Crabs stone crabs and if you are really in adventurer learn to scuba dive go out and catch you some squid octopus clans you gotta think outside the box based on what you're abilities are which options are you don't always have to pay these exorbitant prices from the markets if you live out in the country like out in the mountains learn to go hunting kill your own game trap your own game learn to live off the land not everyone lives in the city I live in Florida it may not be the mountains but we got stuff down here to eat we go out word and kill past them you got Gator we got rattlesnake Florida rattlesnakes down here oh they taste good we got quail we go out with birdshot it tastes just like rabbit and we got rabbits we are carnivores that means we animals and there are a lot more animals in this world besides cows so I say expand your mind extend your horizon get out there and I started ripping the flesh ha ha ha… Good hunting

From about 1247 till around 1531 timestamp of this video is blacked out. Where there is no audio or video just a dark black screen play somebody went and and edited it out period now I don't know if this was you doing it on purpose or an editing error or this is YouTube didn't like something you said? I have noticed often now on other channels and numerous videos I have found where You Tube clearly went in and edited a video it seems to be their new thing now instead of blocking it or removing a video they don't want to lose ad revenue so they just go ahead and edit out what they don't like. Thought you should know I hope it was you and that YouTube doing it

For whatever reasons there are, all fabricated I suspect, pork is a financially healthy alternative for me. Most of the time I use the pork that I get (the pork with the most fat) to make soups. Now, I admit that I do not make my own broth but use the stuff out of the waxed boxes… but I'm still alive and kicking so it may not be all that bad… right?

Interesting here in the area of California that I live(?) I can go to one store and the price of something is questionably high, but then go to another store and the price is better. Lucky for me I have to drive by (close to) several grocery stores to get to my income producing job so I am not going so much out of my way (most of the time). And if all the stores have prices too high… hahaha… I fast… which most of the time is a good thing for me… 😃

Beef tounge is incredible! Price has gone up and no one else will eat it in my house. Somehow my wife is fine with chicken feet but beef tounge is too much. Brains and eggs is another great combo. 👍

You are very beautiful. Your skin, the whites of your eyes, hair and figure. You seem quite kind and connecting too, a full rounded person.
Your bf seems similar too. A beautiful couple.

Our local restaurant supply store sells whole beef sections, ie a whole round, chuck, loin, or rib. Usually about 25 lbs or so each. Then I cut it up myself. A lot cheaper than the grocery store.

I just binged on brownies while babysitting my friend’s kids. Probably cuz I didn’t eat enough today. Have you ever cheated and fell off the wagon? They were really good brownies but I could tell the oil was off…oh well. Back on the diet tomorrow.

Pork butt can be had for .99 on sale. A day in the smoker & it's a delicacy. We bought a full side of beef. Much better quality & way cheaper than the store. Also, if you can, get hens. They poop breakfast for free.

If you're in the US and in their delivery area you can get 73% lean ground beef from Wild Fork Foods for $2.98/lb. That's cheaper than the cheapest ground beef at my local Walmart. You get free shipping at $35. You can only buy 10 lbs of that ground beef at once, which almost gets you to $35, so then I just add one more item. This time I added a beef heart. Not everything they have is the cheapest, but they do have a lot of cheap options. They even have produce and other things, in case some of your family isn't carnivore.

Thanks for sharing the info. I’m loving the carnivore ‘lifestyle’ (I’m trying to be conscious of not saying ‘diet’). You’re always pleasant to watch and I like the calmness, candidness and natural way you present your videos. 👍💜

Good info. Protien seems to be the most costly, while carbs, rice, pasta, grains, oats, wheat ,etc. seems to be the cheapest. Another reason why lower income and struggling families are more likely to be obese.
