    I decided to do a 30 days with no sugar and no sweeteners, with less than 20 total daily carbs. So far, so good! Turns out I'm very close to 100% carnivore. And my cravings are GONE!!

    After a year of keto I started ketovore back in December and switched to carnivore about 3 months ago….I have never felt better! I’m down 28 pounds since December too which is nice! I also have 2 meals a day with no snacking….which isn’t a problem because I’m rarely hungry between meals. I love watching you and am so excited to see how your carnivore experience is. ❤️

    Dr Berry’s wife Neisha is a RN and is also carnivore and they just moved to her grandparents farm in Tennessee. She also has a You Tube channel; I think it’s called Neisha Loves It. She went Keto prior to her pregnancy and now is carnivore and she looks great!

    I usually do bacon and coffee for breakfast and a ribeye with shrimp for dinner. I'll have a spoonful of cream cheese as a treat every once in a while or if you follow Kelly Hogan on Instagram or YouTube, she makes a breakfast version of steak and butter gals egg pudding. I made that for my birthday. If you end up liking it, I highly recommend carnivore crisps beef brisket as a snack/on the go meal. It's amazing. They crunch like a chip but melt in your mouth like steak. 🤤

    This surprised me. But I've watched some of Dr. Berry & his wife. I believe carnivore was very beneficial for Neisha's hashimoto issues. I'm thinking about joining you. 😊

    I gained weight my first month on carnivore. Still working thru this and not sure if it will self resolve. Essentially ….don't get discouraged. I do enjoy the simplicity of carnivore .

    There is a huge push to eliminate meat from the American diet, especially with this new administration. I wonder what everyone who depends on the keto way of eating for health will do when they force us to forgo meat entirely? I mean, when it is not available to buy, they take our choices away. I am not down with bug burgers and most wouldn't be, I suspect. I guess I'll be eating eggs and tuna since I have my own chickens.

    I have been Carnivore since August, I tried adding veggies back last week and wow! I felt bad, I had more gas, and I broke out with zits so bad!! I love Carnivore, just took the veggies back out. I don't need them why put myself through that? you will be amazed at how little you Fart on Carnivore hahahaha

    I did carnivore for almost a month and it did not agree with me at all. I was dizzy, nauseated and felt crappy the entire time. I hope you have great success. The hard core carnivore followers do not use spices or cheese. Not sure how strict you plan to be. I also had 20 point spikes in my blood sugar and my ketones decreased. It was a strange experience.

    Cheese and heavy cream are carnivore as heck! I love Neisha's channel!! I don't do carnivore but still watch her what I eat in a days and grocery hauls. She makes delicious food!! Her chicken soup is AMAZING. Insta pot recipe you should try it and skip the veg maybe to accommodate.
