Winner winner cheese bite dinner. Thanks. I cannot find clean cottage cheese but it's so easy to make ,I just make my own in about 30 minutes. I have a sous vide but the air fryer looks interesting to try on my Ninja.❀❀ Ricotta has more moisture than cottage cheese, so if you strain it then it will bake faster. The water bath is a ban-marie.❀❀

Groo-yare. Nice recipe. Important not to over cook which often happens; the silky texture that sous vide creates is achievable in the oven or air fryer by careful cooking.

The egg bites look delicious 🀀. Would this work baking in the oven in a water bath at 300? Thanks for mentioning the egg pudding. I haven’t made that in quite a while and love it. πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

Starbucks Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites are so yummy! I used to imagine they were low carb, but since it's Starbucks, of course they're not. Each little one is 9g of carbs. There are 2 in an order and they're small bite sized. In a pinch, it's probably your best bet there for lower carb choices. I can't wait to try this recipe.

I literally just mentioned in one of my videos how I haven’t been able to find an egg bite recipe that taste anything likes the Starbucks one! I’m pretty excited to try this! Thanks, Anita!

Hope all is going well with your new home!

Costco sells Starbucks Egg Bites now. They give you 10 for the price.
I just got the Ninja Woodfire Grill which is an outdoors air fryer/grill/smoker. It is about the size of your Nina air fryer. I have a silicone burger bun pan that I think would fit in my Ninja. I will try this. I just happen to have some cottage cheese.
BTW I have made sous vide egg bites in my Instant Pot. I got the baby food pan from Instant Pot that I use for the egg bites,

Had a "slip up" today! After 2 months of NO cheating from ketovore, I had M&Ms today! Ugh, ok hoping to be back on it tomorrow. You know I'll be trying your latest recipe! If anyone has tips after going off the rail, let me know!

I have watched for a long time and love the recipes and visuals for cooking. But what i love more is being aware that at one time you would say you have lost " over 100 pounds" to then "130 pounds" to now "almost 140 pounds" THIS is sooo inspiring and keeps me coming back. You are proof that this really works. ❀

I would love to buy all of your carnivore recipes in a cook book. I’m busy and I have tried to listen and take notes of print where you have a link but… would totally spend the money for a recipe book.
