I bought her a book about three months ago and I’ve noticed that some of the recipes she makes in her videos are different than the ones in her book even though they supposed to be the same recipes. For instance,this recipe that she’s doing now but in her book it does not have potatoes added, but in her video, she’s adding potatoes. and that is how I make my pot roast stew.

This was seriously so so delicious. My husband said it was the best meal I’ve made in a while and he wants it more often. Towards the end of it simmering I removed a serving for my daughter and then dropped a jalapeño in and let it simmer for another 10-15 mins. I know tomorrow’s left overs are going to be BOMB!
