Thank you for all your cooking! I love your channel and have made several recipes!! I am also hooked on the cucumber water:) On the chili con carne Colorado in the instant pot- can I substitute the beef for chicken? Also- that metal rounded spatula! I love it, is that from Amazon? Have a great day! Thanks again!

Ahhh! Cloud. Easy girl! Sometimes Steph needs to resort to ready made tortillas. Nothing wrong with that. 😆 And it is painful to make dough when you have arthritis. 🤕 I enjoy your cooking segments and love the sisterly banter. 😁

I had no idea when I moved north to Oregon 2 years ago that I'd be leaving Cardena's markets behind, I thought they'd be here too. I miss Cardena's so much I could cry, my favorite things to buy were the fresh made corn tortillas and chips. I can't even find my favorite Rebanaditas lollipops here, makes me drool just thinking about them. I need my Cardenas! 🙁

Dangit Steph! I JUST made instant pot chile Colorado the other day, from a recipe found online. Wish I'd waited to use yours now because that one just wasn't quite right. I guess I don't really need an excuse to make more, do I? 😂

That looks delicious ! Could you use ancho or hatch chili powder for this recipe ? I already have jars of those chili powders. I’ve never (that I’m aware of) tried guajillo chili powder.

Sometimes it's just a make-do thing; work with what you have on hand (for some of us) as opposed to not having time or not wanting to make something from scratch. I love your channel and don't always have everything I need for certain recipes but if I have, for instance, a can of stewed tomatoes and a can of refried beans and an onion…I can glean from some of your recipes, using the same seasonings you use and come up with a little tasty dish. You girls are very much appreciated.
Edit: they should have options to have a 💜 instead of just a 👍 like Facebook does

I wish I had found your channel when I had my food truck, I would have used your recipes, we have one Mexican restaurant in my town and it has to be the most unflavored food ever. I will definitely tell friends and family about your youtube channel

My daughter just gave me an insta pot. I’m a little nervous to use but your video really helped me I’m gonna give it a shot this weekend. I’m hoping it comes out good if I use just a regular chili powder. Can we get the your chili powder through the Amazon store.?

Store bought tortillas are fine here in SW New Mexico. We have a local tortilleria that makes them for the local stores. They are amazing! Shout out to Mi Ranchito! Going to make this dish for the fam as soon as possible! The chimichangas were a hit last week due to your vid!!! Thanks so much!!

Definitely going to make this this upcoming weekend! I'm still trying to find my groove with our instant pot and this seems like the perfect gem! Making the chiles rellenos hotdish this week too, comfortable for my home! Adding more layers of roasted corn tortillas and adding some tinga style chicken as well, I'm drooling just thinking about it! If I share this on Instagram and I have a private account, will you still be able to see it? 💕💖💕💖💕
