Vegetable oil is not good for consumption. Use coconut or olive oil. Same goes for tomato concentrate paste… use fresh organic tomatoes. Stay away from anything in a metal can or tube.

I would definitely need to season those chops first and marinate them for a while before frying. I like lots of flavour. Still looks good though.

Hmmm. They look good, but Inquestion how flavorful the lamb is? I think they should have been seasoned with onions, garlic, scallion, ginger, a light sauce ( maybe worcestire or teriyaki or light soy). Then added to some fresh sauteed onions and garlic. Allow the lamb to stew in thise flavors and then add the additional onions, etc close to the end. Add whatever sauces to develop thickness and add flavor. Oh yes, some carrots and chayote would be a nice addition. Sorry for adding my $5 to this.

I had to substitute a couple things. and worked with what I had, I used white wine instead of orange juice, some powdered ginger, no cinnamon, added mushrooms, and since I didn't have a scotch bonnet, I added red pepper flakes, red onions fresh garlic, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary. smells great right now! !!
