   Merry Christmas Susan!! Great minds think alike lol, I’m making the same thing for Christmas Dinner tomorrow with a ham for me and Husband and children! Like you I only make it at Christmas time cause it is just me and husband at home so we can’t eat the whole thing by ourselves so them youngins’ eat the heck out of it and usually there is nothing left lol!!
