I noticed you didnโt put the whistle on the pressure cooker is it necessary
Look, I'm very sorry but 40 to 50 minutes is the normal amount of time that any pudding takes to make inside an ordinary pot on the stove. The pressure cooker is supposed to be a way of saving on energy and time. If it takes the same amount of gas and time it's completely pointless to do it this way.
Should it be kept on medium or low flame
I have tried this 3 times but super didnโt turn in to caramel but Cristal ๐ข
