Hey,wait, what .. I just spent 2 hrs researching and commenting on your video where you say blending kale destroys its fiber (respectfully disagree) .. now in this YT, are you saying “blended” kale or “juiced” kale.

I recently found your videos, and want to express deep gratitude for these well thought out videos. Most especially, the citations not only validate your concepts, but provide resources for additional research when needed. Somehow your have melded professional, science-based information in a format that is easy to assimilate.

Hi friend. Can you go over dementia/Alzheimer's being called type 3 diabetes? I've been seeing vids recommending keto diets for this and am wondering how much evidence there is for such a recommendation. Thanks. Love your content.

The food industry with all the ultra processed food is making us sick with the consequence of.creating work for the doctor s who prescribe the medication. So the food industry helps the pharmaceutical industry and keeps us sick until death.
    Nutrition is very important.
Functional medicine sees food as medicine in contrast with traditional medicine.

I have been using your supplement for a few months now and I have noticed a difference. Not just the way I feel but when I had my blood work done, all my numbers came out great. Plus I have been whole food plant based for a while and I see the effects. Keep this valuable information coming, it has really helped me.

I want to thank you for your advice. I have been inspired to eat vegan/vegetarian more often in order to try to lower my cholesterol and reverse pre-diabetes. Thanks to you, I've eliminated processed foods, upped my dark leafy greens and am trying some new grains in my morning breakfast including millet, sorghum and oat groats . I'm eating berries daily and choosing red and blue produce over less colorful options. I feel great and I'm steadily losing weight.
I loaded my DNA into my calorie counting app and am following its guidlines as i choose my meals.
I've kept my fats within the guidelines and all but eliminated saturated fats, taking most of my fat in through avocodo amd olives.
I've also mostly cut out dairy and am going to start making my own nut milks starting tomorrow when my strainer arrives. Oh and thanks for the tip about black cumin seeds! Ive started sprinkling them on my salads and stuff!
    I appreciate you!
