Hey Cheryl, this video is a WIN, WIN, WIN for me. First I love canning carrots and potatoes but for some reason it has not occurred to me to go ahead and can the celery and onions with the mix. 🤦🏼♀️ 2nd you are using the glass lids. 3rd you are using the WARHORSE canner. The best of everything I like in a video! Thanks for sharing and (lol) I have to go smoke now.
