Replace 1 egg with 1/4 cup applesauce in desserts. Add an extra 1/2 tspn of baking soda, using applesauce can make baked goods heavy or dense.
Replace 2 eggs with 1/2 cup, but any more than that can be troublesome as an egg substitute.
You can substitute it for eggs in pancakes!
Have you tried flaxseed in water as an egg substitute? Vegans do that with some success!

Lol, Poe drooling on the meat is so relatable!
We love datyl pepper sauce like Captain Sorenson's. A sweet and mild heat, great on EVERYTHING! Steak, eggs, rice dishes, burritos….

A root cellar for the apples. Apple sauce with ginger on pork roast seal up in foil and bake. I used to eat it but I don’t believe in eating pork anymore. They are loving domesticated smart animals . Like dogs. So I rarely eat pork now.

We like baked apples and apple crisp. I rehydrate a lot of apple slices. My mom made a recipe with red jello, applesauce and red hots that was delicious. Disolve the red hots – I think in the jello and hot water mix.

I don’t have a recipe but wondered if your apples would be good for pie filling? You could slice and freeze them for future pies/any apple desserts. Just may have to soak in lemon juice a bit first? Take care! 🍎🥧🍎

I like the healthy applesauce oatmeal muffins from Mels Kitchen Cafe and I add chocolate chips instead of the other add ins. It has one egg though – perhaps you could flax seed sub it.

Yum I'm so excited for all the fun things you're doing! Applesauce bread is a nice treat you can toast it too for breakfast. We use applesauce in pancakes too with lots of cinnamon and nuts! Cinnamon applesauce warm over ice cream and some of that granola Charity makes would be heavenly! Have a great weekend Nili! 💖

I used to make my dad homemade applesauce cake and muffins using egg substitute. Froze the muffins & ate the cake with cream cheese frosting. Made homemade honey butter for muffins and many other things, even gave as Christmas gifts with applesauce bread in medium size loaf pan also zucchini bread. FYI I toasted the breads in the toaster oven…….oh my 😋 to get more of a honey affect I doubled the amount of Honey used in the recipe, vanilla paste, little bit of powdered sugar taste tested as I added it…..my daughter helped & she gave them as gifts. Your children are growing so fast and so grown up thanks for sharing 👍

Those scrambled eggs looked very tasty not overcooked and hard. I notice your Farm Hand very interested in the sausage have to keep the hired hands well fed and then you explained he can't eat eggs. Maybe set up a roadside stand sell apple sauce. Looks like you are going to have plenty. I really enjoy your channel and judging by subscriber count many others do as well. Chicken TV great fun.

If you don't have a dehydrator, I highly recommend you get one, one the best thing's to dehydrate is apples! They are 100% better than store bought, they wont last long but then again you have a steady supply. I run my dehydrator at night so in the morning they are ready 🙂 Just a suggestion and BTW you can dehydrate almost any fruit or vegetable. Get the largest one you can find since you have a big family.

😃Everything looks good-great job on the canning. 👍
The 🍏 apple butter sounds yummy, could you please share your recipe? I was going to buy a jar this week and there was none in any store I looked at. Strange! 🧐
I love putting applesauce on my oatmeal and on pancakes. 🥞
I have a dehydrator and made fruit leather yesterday with applesauce. 😊
Just pour it on the silicone mats, spread evenly and dehydrate 135 degrees for a day.

Levi is all boy, loves boy stuff. He and his dad are real pals and it’s so great to see the father/son bond. Nice that you have the experience of a boy in the family together with 4 beautiful girls! 😍🇨🇦

I was going to ask you if you've ever used your Instant Pot for the apples. I use mine when I'm up to here in doing apples or any more canning, peeling and cutting. I freeze mine in tubs or freezer bags and make Christmas baskets out of them for gifts.
