    I live alone and often cook chili or beans in general. I freeze small one person portions in quart size bags. Then sometimes ill mix a bag with mac and cheese and its delicious. Maybe Wilder would like something like that. If you have it frozen then its quick to throw together for just a couple of people

    I love tacos like this but hubby doesn't. My daughter says I'm picky but 9 times out of 10 it's becuz her dad won't eat it lol tonight is polish sausage and California blend veggies nice and quick and delicious

    This beef reminds me of our favorite pork shoulder we made in the crock pot. I use a bone in pork shoulder. Season it with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano and garlic powder and then add juice of 1 lime, juice of 1 orange and half a jar of salsa verde. It's so amazing! And I use the drippings afterwards to make the best tasting rice ever.
