This is how stupid her question is did she worried about her blood glucose her whole life probably not and if she was insulin resistant and now she's on the proper human diet why even waste a second of your energy asking that question if you already know you're doing 98% better than you did before common Sense folks common sense

Honestly I'm about to quit YouTube altogether I'm sick and tired of grown adults over 40 like a 4-year-old you can't figure out how and when to stop eating garbage and then when you're giving the proper human diet you still ask questions as if you can't figure out when you've had enough absolutely ridiculous
Have we humans simply hindered our own selves always asking someone else what to do my God have a brain your own spine and sharp teeth and figure it out on your own God Almighty I'm so tired of everyone being a victim

I was addicted to weed for 8 years. I managed 8 months sobriety before I slipped and binge vaped weed from Cali. This happened during my massive carb withdrawal. I tried weaning off the plants to no avail. So I went head first. Whilst I was miserably binge vaping that awful weed pen, I got stupidly hungry. So I ate twice as much as I usually do.
My stomach still hurts awfully a week later. I still can hardly put any food down my throat without severe gag reflux. I gained literally 6 pounds muscle though and then 3 pounds fat after that. I did not work out. I laid in bed and slept most of the time. I was strict carnivore still so yeah. Dr. Chaffee, there is a way to overeat on carnivore but I suppose if you consider smoking weed as not carnivore, then no. Absolutely not.
