some people are calling it stupid to replace meat with fruits and saying people are crazy to use jackfruit as meat substitute when in reality in India and Sri Lanka where jackfruit originated from, we have been using it as meat substitute for centuries and it is baffling to me when someone calls it a crazy vegan trend

Look nice! What if you dont have a pressure cooker? Can you make on the stove?
I like jackfruit but it's a shame it doesn't have any protein. It' best to enjoy it with some side dishes that make up for the jackfruit's lack of protein.
