I think she’s going to a new surgeon. It would explain the “interview” she had that she couldn’t tell us about, and why the surgeon said that waiting 12 months is ridiculous. It’s a different weight loss doctor.

The most normal and balanced reaction to this entire situation. Thank you!! if I had done a live react I would've 100% believed that it was a troll. I was getting whiplash reading all the different theories and interpretations.

Americans need a serious lesson on food safety. People saying alr should have eaten food sent to her by a stranger…. the grocery stores selling pre packeged hard boiled EGGS….. folks out there really be acting like they have free healthcare 😅

Mobility scooter magazine could have been potentially helpful (imo but I can see how it could be a troll being mean).

Incontinence pads (or even regular pads) is not only mean but incredibly rude and insensitive (she should have blown up about this troll gift since no one would have blamed her imo).

The $80+ gift of baked goods, I don't think that was a real troll. If it was something like Ho-Hos or Ding Dongs, it would have been. I feel with her saying that she doesn't have BED all of a sudden, that supporter probably thought she would appreciate a fancy treat for curing(?) her BED. Her response should have been to thank the person and reiterate that she was still trying to lose weight so don't send her food.

Also should have told them not harass the poor bakery as if it was their fault they sold this supporter the baked goods. That is not good and the people who did give negative reviews because of ALR's reaction need to improve their critical thinking.

This is all just my opinion.

i think the weight of whether the cakes were sent by a fan is complicated. if it were sent by a troll, that's definitely wrong, but amberlynn was STILL out of line in her response. she was incredibly unprofessional and immature, and her (allegedly) throwing away that food is just vile when people are out here literally starving. even if it was sent in malice, she should have given it away. it doesn't have an evil spirit attached to it or something. people can still eat it and would have been so grateful for that. were it sent by a fan, even if they hadn't seen the video where she mentioned not wanting to receive food i think it's pretty clear that sending a 500+ lb woman on a weight loss journey who has a history of food issues two large confectionaries is a bad idea and i do think some amount of criticism is warranted. however for her to tell a fan to rot in hell with trump is.. shocking. i do understand and agree with the fact that even if it were sent by a fan, giving amberlynn food is not a supportive choice, but i also think her response would be FAR more inappropriate to direct toward a fan either way. even if this one choice was not the best for amber, 1. it was likely not INTENDED to hurt. amber likes food. that is a fact. food brings her joy. she's eaten food on camera many times, taste tested things, etc. she literally built her channel on mukbangs. they may not have thought it'd be that serious (especially with amber claiming she doesn't binge), and 2. if they're supporting her enough now to send her anything, they likely have supported her in many other ways in the past, and i find it really inappropriate to speak to someone who has been in your corner in such a hateful way.

Honestly, I think the Australian snacks box was a troll. They largely weren't even Australian snacks. Like they sent her a crunchie, which is a UK candy bar, when Australia has their OWN Australian version called a violet crumble. If you want to share Australia… wouldnt you send her that one?

So I took one for tha team and ordered some Strawberry
Hill baked goods. Right now they have a buy 1 get 1 free deal. I got the chocolate mocha coffee cake (topped with gourmet chocolate chunks and raw cane sugar) and the carrot cream cheese coffee cake. The chocolate cake was moist and delicious. The carrot cake was the star of the show. It’s topped with brown sugar top and the bottom has a layer of cream cheese. They are baked in a bundt pan and are some heavy ass cakes coming in at 2 pounds each. I may have to go back for the bread. Everything looks so good.

Perishable goods, and goods sent via FedEx or UPS generally are not delivered to PO boxes. So why is everyone even debating who sent it is a supporter or hater when this most likely was at her doorstep not her PO Box?

I think the issue with this situation is that while, yes, the sender made a bad choice in sending food to Amber (whatever their motivation), Amber made even worse choices in editing and uploading this reaction to the gift. Amber is the content creator, and using that content to tell someone to go to hell over a cake (when incontinence pads and the mobility scooter brochure didn’t get anywhere near the same reaction, despite being more clearly pointed) is a choice that shows her full ass. My empathy goes away the second she sits down and edits together the video to attack someone when she doesn’t know what their intent was. Like, I can understand if someone gets triggered and films a response in the moment. When that person then goes on to review that footage, edit it into a video, and put it out for everyone to watch, that becomes a telling choice.

why are you kidding you Amber inventing dramas about her you had an addiction to Amber she didn't ask you for anything imagine she's depressed because of you you're garbage that pierces on the she's fed up with you because you're teasing her you're not ashamed and when she rebels you make big drama its called cyber harassment and frankly if one day she commits suicide because you don't stop it will be your fault and it's not to be moment will have to say that you regret because you thought she was taking advantage of it, she will crack one day you are just people who insult people who are obese and it is discrimination why make her a she just lied on the journey of the trip on personal stuff that she didn't want to talk about it infact you want to know everything about her life but why I don't understand she tried to speak with people who have a YouTube channel that talks about her and asks you to stop you're not happy but what more do you need for you to stop saying mean things about her telling you it's her fault she's obese but it's not her fault she had stage fright I don't know her name anymore and for her to stop she had to eat once she ate a brand that sold chicken meat and this brand had things like she was homophobic but did she know it no she didn't know it but of course as she ate this brand beh she and homophobic anything think about it sometimes it won't hurt you I hope that one day you will apologize for your inappropriate and immoral remarks

She honestly has a point. You shouldn't give vodka to a person who is sober from alcohol so why would you send food to someone who is facing a binge eating disorder? I can understand why she would see this as malicious intent. What I don't agree with is sending the bakery death threats. Leave the bakery and Amberlynn alone.

As a local, KCMO resident, that bakery is very famous and usually its seen as a pretty cool gift to receive. Im extremely disappointed this niche drama has now touched my city. Its just a weird realization that random people on the internet really just be harassing mentions of amberlyn. Poor strawberry hill lol. i guess that's just how people online be.

Trolls and haters send $1.99 superchats to express their trollery/hate – they don't send $80 artisanal bakery gifts. But Amber has lost all sight of the value of money. Also, if someone does send you something that is intended to hurt your feelings, you're falling right in to their hands if you react to it, never mind make an entire tearful video about it. The far more sensible thing is to ignore it entirely and leave the hater wondering what happened. They're not likely to waste time and money doing it again if they know all they'll get in return is silence.

Listen, I know wifey is her own person and can do what she wants, but bringing potential binge foods into the house like that?? I mean when my dad became diabetic, everyone in the family stopped bringing high sugar foods into the house. Because when you love people and care about their health, that’s what you do 🤷‍♀️

Unless it’s a lah and they weren’t brought by wifey in the first place 😂

Your audience and regular viewers like myself love you and love the fact that we don’t always have to agree. I think most people who follow you would tend to mostly agree with you as we have similar decency and values so maybe that’s why the comment section on the original video is out of the ordinary

It is so funny to hear Americans talking about stroopwafels like they are some goofy weird obscure snack. Also, putting one on your cup of coffee/ tea is indeed they were they are supposed to be consumed. So Noel is right about that.

I still disagree that Amber "has made it clear by this point" about not sending her food.

There's always a chance it's someone who just became a fan and only has seen a video or two. Her only excuse to bich and complain about people sending her food is if she does the LITERAL BARE MINIMUM and put a GD disclaimer on her PO box info.

I honestly don’t think it was a supporter. The only way they would not know about her struggles is if they were new to her channel. If they’re new to her channel I feel like it would be very odd to send something like that.

I find pre boiled eggs to be disgusting and kinda lazy. I can see people buying them for a quick snack when there at work or something or they just need something real quick and don't have time to go cook. But buying them when you have acess to a stove seems just plain lazy to me.

Personally I would never buy them because something about an unpeeled boiled egg in plastic wrapper that I didn't cook seems wrong to me. I'm sure it's perfectly safe to eat but it's a no for me.
