    I have always said I don’t need one those chopper thingys….I have good knife skills. And then I got one, I love it! Helps with faster food prep and very uni-formally cuts food. We do slot of peppers & onions is dishes, very helpful tool. I’ll give the puck and butter chicken sauce a try, I usually do a version from an instant pot cookbook that we like a lot. Have you forayed into homemade naan or is this something you’d rather get pre-made? We are but fans of naan. This casserole version looks great and nice to pull out of the freezer in a pinch. Do you prefer some pans for freezing (like at cash & carry) or pick some metal 9×13 at thrift stores?

    That looks delicious! There is gluten free cream of celery…but I’ve never seen it in stores, only online (annoying). As I’m too lazy to make it GF from scratch…I would probably just substitute GF Cream of Chicken or GF cream of mushroom…usually stores have them available!!
    Darn avocado allergy… oh well, can’t win them all.
