@Duncan Henry …. another outstanding performance. I have to ask…. Removal of the membranes. I never seem able to tear them off in one piece. They just come off in bits and pieces and it's near impossible to get much of it off…. Is there a trick to this? Age of ribs? Temperature? What am I missing? Maybe unfrozen? Alberta hogs are just tougher? I need to know!
