SHOW IDEA:
The title would be: Built VS Baked
This is a competition where 1 chef tries to create a dish using nothing but Pre-Made ingredients. (Frozen Burgers, Packaged Bread, Ketchup, etc.)
Then another chef makes the same dish but making EVERYTHING they can from scratch.
The two dishes would be sent into a blind taste test to see which is better.
Burgers inside? Smash
Burgers outside? No Smash
Need to consider how keeping a grill open, while providing more oxygen, will cause you to potentially go through fuel faster.

I'd argue that the multiple flips wasn't really done correctly here. I personally don't know how much difference it would make. However, generally speaking you want to get a good sear on both sides first and then feel free to flip as needed. Flipping every minute doesn't really seem conducive to accurately testing this.
gas vs charcoal depends on the meat… sooo yes hot dog is better for charcoal cooking but not the rest
