curious if , upon assembling the dough, instead of trimming, the dough could be rolled over itself all the way around, forming a bit of a ring, -or would that be too thick to not cook through properly?
If I did not had so much food already prepared, this is the perfect portion for 1-2 persons. You can prepare more, freeze them and take something good fast when you want a treat!
It was a very tasty burger, made even tastier with the surrounding puff pastry. It was easy to make and it was enjoyed by the whole family.
