Love your "real"ness! I had never heard of gnocchi until I started watching YouTube. your sweet potato one sounds amazing. I found sweet potatoes here last year for 29 cents a lb so bought 75 lbs. I canned some in cubes and still trying to use them all up. 🙄

Have you tried making a sweet potato pie as a special treat? Or maybe sub for pumpkin in scones. Personally I found roasted sweet potato cubes and onion goes well in a packet mixed leaf salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing.

I watch all your videos and when I get on YouTube your video is the first one I look for! I have been thinking about your last one, you were apologetic about so many things… don’t be…EVER…. I love your lifestyle and it takes a long time to get things setup the way y’all want and sometimes it’s a life long project I know you will get there!!
I don’t understand some of the things your making but I still love watching! Thank you for all you do for us….Cheers, Linda

Thats the beautiful thing about cooking from scratch, catering to our likes perfectly. Well, in my case , if ¾of my crew like it I'm winning anyway. Lol. Tea plants sound fun. I definitely plan to do more herbal tea plants. Thank you for sharing lovely 🧡

Must have felt nice to get your hands into some soil. How exciting growing green tea plants? Never seen that before.
I gotta make that gnocchi. It looks super easy. Just changes dinner up a bit.

I miss cooking with eggs! My toddler is anaphylactic so I can no longer bake with egg. I’ve been trying different substitutes but they always end up like your cake did
