Maybe the mayo just needed to be whipped longer… I've made mayo using olive oil and whole eggs and it was thick… This was a great bulk food prep day!!

I've never made mayonnaise, but from everything I've seen, you separate the eggs, (yokes from the whites) and only use the yokes. I could be wrong. Like I say, I've never made it before. ❤

Hi! The mayonnaise maybe thin because you used the whole egg instead of yolks only….just my 2 cents. But the fact that you’re making your own mayonnaise is awesome.
