Elisha — I’ve been searching for your next video for several days now … and can’t find it 😩. This is the last one posted ….. I’m dying to see the progress!!!! I hope storms didn’t knock you out of Internet??? Everyone ok ?? 🙏
Missing you 😞 😪😪😘
Just a reminder don't forget to move your plugs before it gets to hard to move them you guys got this I got faith in you
Make a shirt that says "When in doubt, Kreg Jig it out!" YOU ROCK ELYSIA! Cannot wait to see it all done!
Ana White out of Alaska inspired me to build things and she uses the Kreg Jig almost exclusively
Doing good 😉😎 isn’t cool🌟🥰
Beautiful scenery, trees dancing to the music 🎶
I can't wait to see it all come together! You're inspiring me to do my kitchen myself 💪 I'm currently doing plans to reno my fixer upper room by room while living in it too
You have wonderful support from Phillip he has faith in you and he can always be your second voice if you need it!
you did a great job!!!
I too love my Kreg jig. I got it about seven years ago; it makes building so much easier for this 73 year old Grandma. I generally use glue, for extra strength, with all my pocket holes.
I am amazed at everything you can do, my only suggestion would be put a back on your cupboards. I think you’ll be sorry if you don’t, I’m 74 years old and I’ve lived in so many homes, the cupboards without a back let critters in and also let dust and debris that sheds from the wall into the cupboard… just a little info from my experience no criticism intended.
Good job of measure twice…cut once. Something my Dad and husband always said!! You can do this.👍💕
Feeling your excitement, your doing a great job!!
You are amazing, they are beautiful!❤️❤️
I need a copy of your cheat sheet!! lol You are amazing and did a great Job!!
Am I the only one that like the video before you watch it!? Everything y'all do is fantastic 😊
Are you guys going to relocate the outlets to above the counter tops??
I'm sure you realize your electrical plugs will be covered when you put in the cabinets. Before you get further along, you should now move those electrical plugs up above cabinet height so that they are perfect height for the counter use of your electrical items. The ugly scars you will make by moving them will be covered by the cabinets or you can pretty the wall before cabinets. Much love from Indiana. Sometimes you are just too close to the project to see the big picture, not trying to be too critical, but helpful. 🙂
Looks like you have several electric outlets to move up and maybe add additional ones as well, lucky you.
Put drawers or pull-out shelves in lower cabinets. You won't regret it: totally increases usable space and functionality.
I can't understand why u aren't using your perfect plywood for cupboard door fronts and ordinary ply for sides, backs, shelves, etc. Seems like such a waste of special, expensive material to me. My countertops are Corian (like the cookware by Corning Glass, carefree, indestructable, beautiful but not diy). I love them! I wouldn't take formica or granite for a gift! Look into Corian for when you replace the ones you are going to use now, which are inexpensive, but don't last long. You are wonderfully capable., talented & brave. Sooo impressive
You guys should check out the channel called Mr Eastcoast Man
Also known as pocket holes ❤️ they are so clean and secure
I almost died laughing over the carcass name!!!! Too funny! The cabinet looks amazing thus far!!!
I really glad you are getting back to video series on how to do things .l really missed you doing the start to finish the way you began your youtube channel. God bless you and your family.
With the flashing of the lights, it was like watching a rave, a kitchen building party. LOL
WooHoo
Hinge you top kick board, good flat space to store cookie sheets/ pizza pan or hides hole.
I love watching you learn as you go. I enjoy watching your show, you can definitely say this is your forever home. I’m waiting on the spring to come. So you can began working on the blue house. I love your home.
Are you going to be raising the wiring for those outlets so they’re not hidden behind your cabinets?
Kreg tools rock…..I am a 77 year old Grandma do it yourselfer…..Love my Kreg tools…..Makes life so easy…
Great job!👏👏👏
Can't wait for the next one! Your footage and explanations were so right on. You have a talent for many things (design, humbleness, delight…) but your ability to break things down into simple terms and processes is what I like best. Thank you!
I can't describe how much your excitement over the Kreg jig made me smile. My late husband loved his so much and made many special pieces using it, which I would then finish. You and Phil working together reminds me of that wonderful time in our life together, and today you gave me an extra special flashback smile, so thank you. Love your channel. 🥰
Well done! I suggest you put the shelves on sliders so you can access what's on them easier. I put in all drawers on my bottom cabinets and only shelves on a double one. I wish I had sliding shelves in that one!
Why don’t you protect your floors from being scratched? The Kraft paper is great for this and can be used later for painting projects?
Yet to find a vlog to diy wood kitchen like your doing, best inspirational by far. Cant wait for next vlog 🤗 guys, from little old limerick rep of Ireland
I love watching your videos. I’ve not done anything as large as a kitchen – yet. I really like the music you play on here just don’t know the artists. So far it’s great. Can’t wait to see the end. I’m thinking of making my own kitchen cabinets doors. I have a solid carcass but I don’t like the doors. It’s give me a boost to have a go. Thank you. 😘
The cost of wood right now is outrageous…measure twice!
It would be nice to have the bottom of shelf to be a pull out. You would love it.
You make the rest of us women so proud. You are an inspiration. Your children are learning so much from you and your husband including being a strong couple. God bless and keep on believing!
Kreg shelf jig. You won't regret it.
Why not use a skill saw ??? Quicker
Great work Elysia, following you from France, keep it up , awesome
