Oh, man. Just used this recipe to make some buffalo shrimp. Are you kidding? Unbelievable. Instead of the Tabasco I just added a 1/4 tsp of my homemade cayenne powder and a shake of lemon drop powder. I also used 2 cloves of garlic instead of powdered.
Of course the quality and type of peppers is important but it's the butter that makes everything pop. Blue cheese dressing or blue cheese itself is the way to go. 😉
