So…(1) that “scrape the pan” tip is everything! 🤩💚🤩💚🤩💚 (2) both recipes are drool worthy 😋🤤🤤 but I’ll probably make the French toast first (since I don’t have cheez, Just Egg, tofu or hash browns on hand); and (3) Do you think chickpea flour would work in the casserole? I see people making chickpea flour omelettes but I don’t know if that would be too dry.🤔

Both look so delicious but I am not a sweet person so the hasbrown thingy is the one for me! I have used the same cast iron skillets for the last 30 years and also don't know how folks do without. Thanks for the thoughfulness that goes into each of your videos or as I like to call them…Sunday school!
