This was very easy and not quick but very tasty.. It’s kind of between fudge and brownie.. I served it to Ray with ice cream.. I couldn’t believe it took an hour.

Turned out perfect! I made mine in a soufflรฉ dish and followed the instructions. I live in GA and the heat is already ridiculous so not heating up the kitchen and using the instant pot is a WIN!
I was having problems getting my lid on too. Ring was fine. Why would it not go on?
Did you allow the Instant Pot to cool down on its own at all or after the 60 minutes did you just release all of the pressure yourself?

Don't have an instant pot but it sure looks good. My taste buds love brownies but for some reason my tummy wants to give me a hard time with them whenever I eat some.

Did you not cook this under pressure? You said to set the vent button in the middle and the pot on steam. My pot looks different than yours and my pressure choice is all the way back to the left.

It always hard for me to think that we can make so many different things in our instant pot.
I love it when someone like you tries things out and shares with the rest of us. I am wondering why it took 60 min. I would think you can put nuts or even choc. chips in the mix.

That looks delicious. I didn't wait for the cake batter people to start cutting back on the ounces. I make my own cake and brownie mixes from scratch. I still use an oven for all my baking as I do not have an instant pot.
