    Hi very nice protein rich food. Basically I also native of Mayavaram. Amma conversation is similar to our family how I was interacting with my patti. Particularly the word அம்மாச்சி காப்பாத்து எல்லாரும் நன்னா இருக்கணும் மேலும் எதையும் ஸ்வாமிக்கு அர் பணம் பண்ணி விட்டு சாப்பிட வேண்டும். So i will do even today.
