    I make something similar to this. Mine calls for half and half, no garlic or curry and no egg whites. But so yummy. I have made with red pepper in with the broccoli but just prefer broccoli. I'll have to try with the curry. Not a fan of garlic though.

    Just made the vegan version of this with Tofu and nutritional yeast! I added shredded carrots and spinach. Half the batch is baking and the other half is simmering on the stove. We'll see who wins.

    I do something similar to this in my cast iron, I don't know but I feel like it cooks better and gets a nice "crust" on it…. you can modify this basic recipe so many ways – I love using mushrooms, spinach, yellow peppers and parmesan cheese, for some reason that combo works for me
