I don't really watch cooking shows much, but yours is very good, and of course, I love the concept. Please keep up the good work! Food, and sharing that food with others, and time spent together in the kitchen, is so much of how we pass down our culture.
Would you ever consider doing a video on Sicilian "egg doll" cookies, pupa cu'lova? (I don't think there's an "agreed" upon spelling for this since it's dialect; the way I grew up pronouncing it, the "l" is somewhat silent or less pronounced, almost making a "w" sound.) They're associated with Spring, but I remember them always being on St. Joseph's Day altars at Italian society dinners when I was growing up. It sounded like you said you and your nonna are Molisano, so perhaps it's outside your wheelhouse (in terms of familiarity), but I thought I'd ask. Thanks 🙂
