Holy Cow. That looks terrific. One of the reasons I bought a pellet grill was with cooking brisket in mind. I’ve only done two or three on the pellet grill. Still use the KJ. Pellet grill does great and of course holds temp steady for hours and hours but to me KJ still puts a better flavor on it. Don’t be hoarding the point there Craig. 😏
