I recently noticed my local Wal-Mart Market Place now carries that shaved meat just in case you're looking for it and Aldi doesnt have it in stock when you're wanting it.
Buona is pronounced BOO-OH-NA. It's a chain here in the Chicago area. The name is shortened down from the family name. I'm sure most people know that Italian beef is a really, really big deal here. Buona is a bit spicier than some of the others here. of which there are many.
How long do you cook your shaved beef for? Korean beef sounds really good.
