After I accidentally cracked a rotten egg into my pan and ruined the whole thing, I never crack eggs into the dish again. I will gladly dirty a ramekin instead of ruining my meal again. Thankfully I've only ever had one rotten egg

Hi! I’m new here and I’m so glad I found your channel! I have been watching a ton of your videos trying to learn about batch cooking, preserving food, and freezer meals! I’m going to try cook a lot more this year and hopefully save some money! Do you feed the egg shells back to the chickens? Also, I can’t wait to try the quiche😍

Good morning! Please tell me how do you clean your chicken’s eggs after you collect them from your girls? I know how they look which took me by surprise! Cold water defeats the purpose while hot water would cook them. So what’s left that’s safe? Thank you dear. I’ve been watching you and I think you are phenomenal! To be able to do all that you do is unbelievable. I hope your husband appreciates you

Apple Oatmeal and Quiche two absolute icons of yum. Re: Pie Crust– I really like Erin Jeanne McDowell's recipe/method for an all-butter pie crust from Food52 if you ever going shopping around for new recipes!

I saw you when Jessica with Roots & Refuge commented recently about finding you and I have enjoyed watching your videos. You are encouraging me to do more cooking… even if it is only for myself. ❤️

I love quiche and pies that I don't like pie crust even graham cracker pie crust. I will eat a couple bites of a graham cracker pie crust and then just eat the filling so I tend to make crustless pies and quiches now which is okay because that's where most of the fat and calories is for most things.

That brown sugar reminds me of when I lived in the UK. Molasses is extremely hard to find and I do a Thanksgiving dinner every year so that people could experience what it was like and what the food was. We couldn't get molasses but we could get something called molasses sugar which was that dark and you opened the bag and all you could smell was molasses. They have black treacle which is like a cross between sulfured and black strap molasses and it's great for some things but not for my Indian pudding. That's colonial Indian pudding.

I love that you reuse your zip lock bags, I do too, it’s so wasteful to only use them once and throw them away! I get many uses out of mine before they start falling apart. Love your channel 🙂

Have you done a video showing how you store all of your refrigerator and freezer items? You have so much and I can’t fathom that they all fit in a standard fridge/freezer. I would love to see your organization there.
