I tried the lauki dosa and chutney. Came out beautifully. Such a wonderful way of including the goodness of lauki in the dosa. I tweaked the chutney by substituting the red tomatoes and chillies with the green ones and reduced the quantity of tamarind as green tomatoes are sour. Awesome. Thanks for the recipes.
