This is great, I would have a small side of aioli and Dijon mustard, and also throw in some sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onions, and a tiny drizzle of Carolina reaper hot sauce. But that's just me.

How long is the eggs
I made this but I added two extra slices of bacon, a little mayo and 2 tomato slices. Flipping the whole thing over was no problem, and having the bread there while you do it makes all the difference. Quite tasty.
