I made pork chops for dinner tonight too.. just grilled them in my cast iron pan with garlic, olive oil, some other seasonings, butter.. & when their the thick pork chops ill put them in the oven for 15 mins to cook the insides.. anyway, I love my grilled pork chops but it doesn't compare to your amazing pork chops dish… I need to try this asap… I love pork so much😋

I always recoat as well , I also add mashed potato flakes into my bread crumbs to make it go further and also gives it a little more crunch
