You arent talking loud enough.
All I wanted to know is the temperature reached by either the crockpot or instant pot while the bread is proofing before baking. This was no help
Going to try this with some wheat free flour, brilliant, it cost a fortune buying wheat free bread!
The result is too moist for a bread, and you added flour some 4 times. I think you should rethink the recipe…

Your dough is beautiful, but I'm sorry, I don't understand the process without more instruction – you didn't show what is under the bread when you put it into the IP. Is the paper directly on the bottom of the IP, or is there something else? Is there liquid in the bottom as usual with the IP, is there a trivet, is there a pan or steamer basket? What setting did you put the IP on for the 2 hours?
Should I put a cup of water into instant pot before baking ?

If you rise the bread before the final cooking it will be a lighter bread and less dense crumb .

Are you using the pressure cooker or the slow cooker portion of the Instant Pot? In comments below you mention high pressure, but when looking at the video it shows the slower cooker button illuminated. And what is this broiler you speak of? Are you using more that one appliance? I was under the impression that this was using just the Instant Pot. Thank you.

This was probably a good video but with you speaking so softly and the music so loud, I couldn't hear half whatever you were saying. Either speak louder or lower the music. Thanks for trying.
