I love the idea of using the leftovers bread or with the ingredients that we have at home.Well done, I made it yesterday.The texture on top was so incredible nice and the bottom part are still like what it was when I put exactly in the recipe (so probably I need to soak more longer to be able to said this was a cake from leftover bread) it's totally breakable when I try to cut them to eat. So it's only above layer that we able to enjoy the cake.
Please teach us more, to be able to make it as a perfect leftover bread cake. Thank you

Mam, basic pineapple cake try kiya phir se condensed milk k sath, but ye market jaisa soft and spongy nahi bana, it become little hard after refrigerate.
