The commentary and comparisons between a conventional oven and the brava were absolutely ridiculous. $10,000.00 for ovens with a temperature probe??!! They have got to be kidding. I have never had an oven that didn’t have one and I can tell you it didn’t cost $10,000.! There are also a bunch of ovens on the market that have apps with Wi-Fi and recipe guides along with detailed instructions on a beautiful color touch screen. I guess it’s easy enough to take a basic no frills oven with no features and make comparisons, but seriously….this was truly absurd.

You mentioned that you are vegan. Can you share some vegan recipes? Are vegan protein options included in the choices of the preset recipes? (Tofu, tempeh, seitan…)
