AY MI MADRE!!!!! I finally see someone who cooks the Ropa Vieja like I do. Thank you for letting me know that I was not wrong!. I don't know if I am going to be ableto eat the chicken I had defrosted for today. I don't have the flank meat available. 🙁

Make Cloud go shopping with you so we can come along!! If we could start shopping with you at the Mexican and Asian markets we can learn more about the authentic ingredients, learn tips and feel more confident when we want to go shopping at these markets and choose what we'd like!! (For example, one shopping trip could be about explaining Mexican cheeses, what they taste like, what you use them for, etc. and the next shopping trip could be spices, or peppers, etc. and a quick overview of what you're getting that day)This is Jessica M! I'm on my work computer so it says Lyons:)

I have made this except I had to use the Chuck roast and it was delicious. We are having a Mexican get together on Saturday. Can't wait to see what everyone is making.

Do you have a recipe for tortas de camarón? My mom had a recipe for quaresma. But it has been decades since she converted to non-denominational Christianity. The sauce was mor tomato based than the others, more chille based (guajillo) My ta ta was Sonoran my dad’s parents were from Guanajuato. 🤷‍♀️ I know he sed dried shrimp, but some where in between would be. Appreciated!

    O Ma Ga!!!!!! 😋😋😋
Looks absolutely delish & simple to boot. Live 2 hrs away from nearest market & I'm putting those ingredients at the top of my finished list for my next trip in 2 days.

Learning to find something to be grateful for in every situation. Pfffft! No trying to find with this video.
    🙏💓😋

Love the way you gals do what ya do!!!

For the platanitos just cut them a little more thinner. I gotta say thank you representing Cuba. I'm a proud Cuban and Mexican and I'm so happy you did this. One tip for the green platoons is put them in water before you boil. Thank you again for representing my other half. Azucar❤
