https://www.ecowatch.com/roundup-cancer-1882187755.htm Weed killer (Roundup) is sprayed on most bean plants before they are ripe. The poison is absorbed by the beans. The whole plants are killed and dry completely while they wait one or two weeks to be harvested. Growers are able to get the beans to market early–never mind that consumers are eating toxic chemicals when they buy non-organic beans. There's a very long list of U.S. crops that are grown this way: some of them are wheat, oats, barley, rye etc., sunflower seeds, lentils, beans, potatoes, corn. Bread is contaminated with Roundup, and gluten gets the blame for intolerance.

You can't wash off the spray from these foods, it's inside. Buying from farmers who don't use Roundup seems like a good idea.

Since beans are almost equal in the amounts of protein and starch, cooking them with pumpkin will eliminate the gas that beans can give the body. Also since they are so acidic its a great idea to eat them with minerals like vegetables that are none starchy. Minerals buffer the acidity of the acid beans , therefore keeping an alkaline ph during metabolism. Thus preventing an over production of mucus in the body.

When you eat beans regularly, the gas factor decreases as your body adjusts by creating the proper bacteria. You DON"T need to buy an extra pot. Soak your beans overnight (8 Hours) and then onto the stove on a low boil for about one hour/15 minutes. Easy peasy.

What your viewers don't know (well some of them do) is they are high in fiber and they are high in protein and they have been connected to weight loss in scientific studies. They also have low glycemic qualities and can lower your blood sugar. They raise your metabolism and decrease your appetite due to their leptin levels. They have calcium, B vitamins, Potassium and Folate and they are cheap and pretty easy to make.
PS – I tried the first recipe – and it was GREAT!!! I'm moving on the other recipes now!!! Can't believe they are so good!

I personally buy dried beans in bulk as well. With that said, I don't own a pressure cooker and I cook mine on shove top in a giant pot with a lid on tilted just a bit. The cooking process does TOTALLY take way longer, up to two hours if not soaked before cooking. I cook a whole bag at once and keep them in the fridge until I need them ! also I just decovered this channel and became super fond of it so quickly, please keep material updated ! :3 (cringey computer emoji)
