Is bone broth only used for fasting and to drink as is? I was hoping to use it for winter soups and meals for added flavor. Maybe make a cauliflower and chicken "porridge" with this. Also, how long does it last in the fridge/freezer?

I recommend covering your bones with cold water and vinegar and letting it sit for 30 – 60 minutes before turning your crock pot on. The vinegar will extract more minerals in the cold water.

After I make bone broth it's just a container straight jello. How do you mix this do you add 1 2 or 3 tablespoons of straight concentrated bone broth taken straight from the refrigerator to hot water? I'm not certain how people mix bone broth

I enjoyed your bone broth video. Would like to see how you used the press to separate broth from bones. I've made bone broth a couple of times and enjoyed drinking it very much, but I can't seem to find time to make it again. You've inspired me to make the effort again. Thank you.

Do you use chicken wings and drumsticks? You say BONES. Can I buy just bones without meat? I've heard a lot about bone broth benefits and just started keto a few weeks ago. So I found your video looking for a recipe. New subscriber 😊

I'm reading the fat may taste rancid if heated twice on other websites and videos. Is this true? I want to keep the fat with the broth for energy if possible. Do I skim or leave it on? My bones are pure marrow and not a lot or any meat or calligen. I think they are beef femur bones.

I tried it, lost 8 pounds in two weeks BUT it certainly did not help my "gut health". Yes, I use turmeric. I went from having movements after every meal to constipation.

I made this over the weekend with beef bones only. To be honest though from the point of roasting, the smell was quite off-putting (not stinky, just smelling of bones – not sure how to describe it). Was hoping it would go away but the "gel" still smells like that. I will have some later today for the first time – I am hoping that once I have tasted it, the smell would just "work". I really enjoy your keto videos btw.
