    Nice video – thank you! Could I use a little white sticky rice or glutinous rice flour to thicken it instead of corn flour? I'm guessing any thickener would work, including a neutral thickener like xanthin gum? What would you recommend as a good substitute
    for pandan leaves? Would vanilla work?

    Some has different technic of cooking. Some would pour all the coconut milk after it’s almost ready. I think it’s fine because it’s still taste nice..Thanks for sharing yours🥰

    I make this with a little bit of brown sugar, coconut milk, and fresh berries. Absolutely scrumptious 👌🏻

    But i cook the rice plain, nothing added, letting it rinse overnight before I cook it.
