Hi Bret – new subscriber to the channel, we are now vegan for 50% of the month and vegetarian for 25% of the month. We came up with a figure for our grocery budget and realised best way to hit it was to cut animal products. Amazing side effect is my skin is better and sleeping more soundly! Would be good to see a typical days eating and meal plans – I want to do a meal planning video on my channel at some point so can do with inspo 🙂
